Introduction to the General Terms and Conditions

If you wish to bet or play games for real money, you will need to open an account with us. By opening an account with us, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions as set out below.

The Peso888 Rules

The “Peso888 Rules” are the terms and conditions constituting the complete, final, and exclusive agreement between the Account Holder (“you”) and Peso888. These rules govern the contractual relationship between Peso888 and the Account Holder, superseding all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

By opening a Peso888 Account, registering, logging in, using the Services, participating in games, or accepting any prize, a visitor or an Account Holder fully understands and agrees to:

  • Become a party to the Peso888 Rules.
  • Adhere to these Terms and Conditions and abide by all its terms.

Peso888 may update, amend, edit, and supplement the Peso888 Rules at any time. Any substantial amendment will be notified in advance, requiring your consent. If you do not agree with the amendments, you will not be permitted to continue using the Services. All references in the Peso888 Rules to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

Definitions

  • Account Holder: An individual having a contractual relationship with Peso888 by creating a Peso888 Account on the Website.
  • Peso888 Account: An account held by an Account Holder for bona fide transactions with the strict purpose of conducting betting and other gaming transactions.
  • Contract: The contractual relationship between Peso888 and an Account Holder constituted under and governed by the Peso888 Rules.
  • Governing Authorities: Relevant authorities for Curacao.
  • Governing Law: The law of Curacao.
  • Place of the Contract: Curacao.
  • Regulator: The Curacao Gaming Authority (Gaming Services Provider N.V).
  • Website: The internet gateway accessible through www.Peso888.com.
  • Services: The gaming and betting offers provided by Peso888 to the Account Holder through the Website.
  • Gaming and Betting Duty: The special tax applicable to gaming and betting in Curacao.
  • Card: All types of cards with functions of “payment,” “charge,” “debit,” “credit,” “virtual,” and/or similar.
  • Payment Solution Provider: An intermediary acting as a payment agent for various payment methods.
  • Financial Institution: A bank or other institution regulated by an applicable domestic financial services act.
  • Force Majeure: Any occurrence or condition beyond reasonable control which leads to a delay or default in contractual obligations.
  • Client Application: The web browser application and mobile app (Android or iOS) used to access the Services.
  • Software: All software or apps used by Peso888 to offer and operate the Services.
  • Prize: An amount, bonus, or reward that can be won by the Account Holder.
  • Inactive Account: A Peso888 Account that has not recorded any log-in or logout for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
  • Intellectual Assets: All trademarks, service marks, trade names, images, graphics, text, concepts, or methodologies found on the Website and Client Application.

Licenses

Peso888 is duly licensed in Curacao and is regulated by the Gaming Services Provider N.V to provide fixed odds betting services.

Account Rules

An individual cannot participate in a game for money unless they are an Account Holder. To register, an individual must provide the following information:

  • Date of birth and valid identification showing that the player is over eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable legal age of majority.
  • First and last name.
  • Valid email address.
  • A username and a password.

Minors cannot register as players and cannot hold a Peso888 Account. Peso888 reserves the right to request additional proof of age and perform checks to verify the information provided.

An individual applying to become an Account Holder warrants and represents:

  • To be a physical person (not a legal entity).
  • Not to be a resident of certain excluded countries.
  • Not to be a professional player in any sport, competition, or league where Peso888 offers betting.
  • Not to be restricted by limited legal capacity.
  • Not to be acting on behalf of another party.
  • Not to be classified as a compulsive problem gambler.
  • Not to be depositing monies originating from criminal or illegal activities.
  • Not to be using unauthorized payment methods.
  • Not to be conducting criminal activities involving a Peso888 Account.
  • Not to hold an active account with another legal entity part of the same group as Peso888.
  • To ensure the legality of using the Services in their country of residence.
  • To maintain updated account details.

Only one account is allowed per player. Abuse of promotions, opening multiple accounts, or violating betting policies will result in account suspension and forfeiture of deposits.

Acceptance of Peso888 Rules

By applying for a Peso888 Account, an individual acknowledges and accepts:

  • All definitions and stipulations under the Peso888 Rules.
  • The current and future Peso888 Rules.
  • The place of the contract is Curacao.
  • The contract is governed by the Peso888 Rules as published in English.

Any regulatory provisions or decisions made by the Governing Authorities and Governing Law of Curacao will be adhered to.
